Yes. QueryTel technicians will visit customer location for medium and high priority issues only. All low priority issues requiring onsite assistance will be reviewed on case by case scenario. All schedule installations will proceed for now. Rest assured QueryTel technicians who are visiting customers are asked to practice safe hygiene measures. Of course, customers who are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms should not be in contact with others and therefore refrain from requesting technician visits. We will make every effort to find alternative ways to assist those customers.
Right now, we are serving customers remotely and shipping all new equipment. Repairs and replacements are reviewed on case by case basis. We are working closely with our suppliers and are only seeing limited impacts.
While QueryTel is committed to keeping its location open where possible and our technicians serving customers, operations could change depending on evolving conditions in a region and guidance from authorities. In this case, self-serve, online agents and call centres would remain available.
