As the Covid-19 pandemic has become our new normal, we have implemented countless policies to cut workers’ chances to receive or shift the COVID-19 virus. These policies include vaccination mandatory for all employees, following SOPs, and maintain social distance.
We have worked remotely in office closures while trying our best to offer uninterrupted services to our clients. We have delivered the necessary tools to our workers for remote work.

Questions that are popping up in your mind
Yes. QueryTel technicians will visit customer locations for medium and high-priority issues only. We will review All low-priority issues requiring onsite assistance in the case-by-case scenario. All scheduled installations will proceed for now. Rest assured, QueryTel technicians who are visiting customers practice safe hygiene measures.
Right now, we are serving customers remotely and shipping all new equipment. We review repairs and replacements on a case-by-case basis. We are working closely with our suppliers and are only seeing limited impacts.
While QueryTel is committed to keeping its location open where possible and our technicians serving customers, operations could change depending on evolving conditions in a region and guidance from authorities. In this case, self-serve, online agents, and call centers would remain available.
Yes. In addition to having put in place measures recommended by public safety authorities to protect our team members, QueryTel can also serve customers throughout Canada wherever they are from the multiple workplaces we operate across the world.
